Saskatoon Police Commission Agenda Items for the Thursday, November 21, 2019 Meeting
The following topics are on the agenda for the Thursday, November 21, 2019 @ 4:00 p.m. Meeting of the Saskatoon Board of Police Commissioners in Committee Room E at Saskatoon City Hall.
• Appreciation to the Saskatoon Police Service – communications from members of the public on their interaction with SPS Officers,
• Police / Media Access Agreement – the mechanism to be employed by SPS to provide ongoing media access to the Service’s calls while ensuring compliance with The Local Authority Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, and
• Confirming Police Commission meeting dates for 2020.
Saskatoon Police Commission spokespersons, Chair Darlene Brander or Vice-Chair Carolanne Inglis-McQuay, will be available immediately after the conclusion of the Public Agenda to provide comments or respond to questions from the media. As well, the two Police Commission spokespersons will make their best efforts to be available to address any media questions on the morning following the Commission Meeting.
