The Board is guided by a Strategic Plan that includes our mission – to strengthen the culture of community safety in Saskatoon – as well as goals, strategies, and actions to achieve this mission. The plan is our blueprint for how we work with the Saskatoon Police Service and the community to strengthen a culture of safety, and therefore, it must reflect the needs of our community.
